Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with daily influencer appointments and manage influencer orders.
- Collaborate with the PR and Influencer team to assist with the campaign calendar and product launches.
- Oversee a roster of USA-based influencer talent, including deal negotiations, contract drafting, payment processing, and tracking deliverables.
- Utilize various platforms to monitor influencer posts, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Conduct daily research to identify new influencers for gifting, fostering direct relationships with influencers in the USA.
- Assist with all aspects of events, influencer campaign launches, trips, and launch dinners, which may involve travel.
- Help compile critical paths, production schedules, budget summaries, and other essential documents for large-scale events.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for influencer, celebrity, and VIP gifting initiatives, coordinating with relevant suppliers.
- Manage the events calendar to ensure proactive planning.
- Engage in mood boarding and coordinating creative event concepts, preparing comprehensive cost proposals.
- Assist the team with quotes and orders for branded merchandise.
