We are seeking an experienced Field Applications Specialist to join our team. As a Field Specialist, you will supervise and support the installation activities across client locations in the USA. This is a hands-on position where you will travel to client sites to deploy mobile applications and sensors, ensuring they are working effectively, providing client support and technical troubleshooting. You will work closely with project teams, technical support, and partner installation teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support install activity
  • Complete site visits to evaluate project requirements
  • Work closely with clients' technical teams and partners to ensure timely deliverables
  • Act as single point of contact for client communications during install activity
  • Provide on-the-job installation training to install partners
  • Assist in technical troubleshooting of devices while on-site

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering) and/or certification

Previous experience in a field-based role

Strong technical proficiency in mobile applications, web applications, and connectivity

Ability to understand, troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical IoT equipment

Networking knowledge and understanding (CCNA or CCIE preferred)

Excellent organizational, tracking, and attention to detail skills

Able to resolve problems quickly and calmly to achieve client goals

Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
