Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at G-A-P Supply Corp Johnstone Portland. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering orders to customers in a professional and timely manner.

About Us

G-A-P Supply Corp Johnstone Portland is a leading wholesale distributor for heating, cooling, and refrigeration supplies and equipment. We operate across 5 states and pride ourselves on providing superior customer service, technical advice, and training seminars.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver orders to customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Receive daily rush orders and weekly Corp and Tigard orders.
  • Check stage on orders.
  • Pull will-call orders for customer pick-up.
  • Maintain bin locations.
  • Process ship-outs that need to go from the branch.
  • Process all branch warranties and returns.
Requirements
  • Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Past experience would include shipping/receiving, and material handling.
  • HVAC/R experience along with customer service and/or sales preferred.
