Clinical Foster Care Director

Graham Windham is seeking an experienced Clinical Foster Care Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Treatment Family Foster Care Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and stability of all children receiving TFFC services within the home and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the child, natural and foster parents, and ensure that the socio-therapist team is proactive in addressing early signs of disruption to prevent placement moves.
- Ensure that every child is engaged in effective treatment, including receiving the appropriate medical and mental health care, a strong education, pro-social and extra-curricular enrichment, and preparation for adulthood.
- Effectively manage TFFC intake, responding to ACS/OPA in a reasonable timeframe to accept or decline referral packages, and maintain good tracking system of responses to referrals.
- Provide excellent program leadership through creating and maintaining a supportive working and learning environment, including facilitating clinical trainings for all staff and providing formal and informal supportive, programmatic and clinical supervision to supervisors.
- At least three years supervisory/management experience in a child welfare setting.
- LCMSW/LMSW or related master's degree.
- Certified in Solutions Based Casework or able to be certified upon hire.
- Demonstrated ability to build a team and function in a team setting, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy including word processing, spread sheets, databases and Connections.
