Job Title: Helpdesk/Customer Support Entry DC

At AHU Technologies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Helpdesk/Customer Support Entry DC to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote access, resolving technical issues and answering questions related to computer hardware and software.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information and updates on the status of their issues.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide exceptional support.

Requirements:

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networking, and security.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working efficiently to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
