About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FDA Business Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in business development, relationship building, and strategic partnerships to drive growth and success in the healthcare sector.

About the Job Description

In this role, you will focus on strategic partnerships for designated customers, leveraging your expertise to develop and recommend customer-specific account strategies and goals. You will also work closely with key Leidos executives to generate and develop ideas and pursue opportunities for growth.

  • Develop and recommend customer-specific account strategies and goals.
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to support client engagement and growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the FDA space, identifying and engaging with key influencers and decision-makers at all levels of the client organization.
  • Collaborate with key Leidos executives to generate and develop ideas and pursue opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 15+ years' extensive professional knowledge and progressive leadership experience.
  • 10+ years' direct work experience and/or contracting experience with an in-depth understanding of FDA and other HHS OpDivs.
  • Relevant Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the HHS and Health & Human Services communities.
