Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Records Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Records Manager, you will be responsible for managing all daily clinical records functions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of documentation regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical records systems to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of documentation regulations and serve as a resource for organization personnel
  • Protect clinical records through the establishment and implementation of control procedures
  • Protect patient and organization information through effective controls and direct supervision
  • Forward clinical records to authorized users according to policy
Requirements
  • Prefer at least three years' experience in clinical records management, preferably in hospice care operations
  • LVN/LPN license preferred, but not required
  • Information systems knowledge required
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct clerical personnel
