Technical Product Owner

Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Debit Card Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of debit card products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Develop a clear roadmap for debit card modernization, aligning with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, focusing on features, functionality, and improving the user experience.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a product roadmap, outlining key milestones and timelines for debit card modernization initiatives.
- Agile Project Management: Lead the product development process using agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iteration reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive offerings to inform product development.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all product changes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and maintain high security standards.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform data-driven decisions and continuously improve the debit card product.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee testing efforts to ensure product functionality and quality, identifying and resolving any defects.
- Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics such as transaction volumes, customer satisfaction, and revenue to evaluate product success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in product development and deployment, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of progress, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for product development, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting project goals.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support materials for internal teams and customers to drive adoption of new debit card features and services.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for innovation and enhancements to maintain a competitive edge in the debit card market.
