Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Operations Associate to join our team at First Federal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire mortgage loan process, from application to closing, ensuring that all loans are processed efficiently and accurately.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire mortgage loan process, from application to closing
* Review and analyze loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the loan processing stage
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in consumer and mortgage loan processing and/or servicing
* Strong knowledge of lending policies and procedures, including state and federal regulations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
