Mortgage Processing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Processing Specialist to join our team at First Federal. As a key member of our Loan Operations Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage loans from application to closing.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, verifying documentation, and coordinating with loan officers and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans.
A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this position. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer opportunities for career advancement and ongoing professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
