- Oversee a group of Lube Technicians, Guest Experience Providers, and Team Leads to achieve performance objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service while upholding company standards.
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and developing the team.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge and offer recommendations based on customers' vehicle requirements.
- Be proficient with the POS system to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and prioritize safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Customer-oriented and willing to learn.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for prolonged periods.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
