**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and sympathetic manner

* Process parts orders and CTM/CFA requests
* Expedite service needs for other team members
* Assist others as needed
* Cross-train to become a Senior Customer Care Consultant
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
* Experience working in a team to meet common objectives
* Job history and experience reflecting dependability and reliability
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Basic computer navigation and software skills
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Continuous improvement mindset
