We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Lakes at Woodhaven Village. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and upkeep of our community buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural facilities, and grounds.
- Respond to requests for services from residents, associates, and management in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor the quality of services performed by outside contractors and maintain accurate records.
- Implement ongoing preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.
- Assist with emergency procedures and maintain emergency equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum two to three years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repair.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform manual labor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of $22.00.
- Full-time benefits, including PTO, daily pay, health/dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance program.
