Central Washington Community Operations Specialist

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of our multifamily properties in Central Washington.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of our properties, including overseeing repairs and renovations, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure that all residents are provided with excellent customer service, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with our Residential Services Coordinator to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, lease agreements, and property data.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or property management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proven track record of effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
