Healthcare Benefits Analyst Position

Brown & Brown is seeking a skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, this role involves providing consulting services on all aspects of Health & Welfare Benefits.
- We are looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in health and welfare consulting, preferably with industry experience and underwriting training/experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Providing technical assistance for our projects and engagements.
- Developing benefit strategies, analyzing data, and performing cost and utilization analysis.
- Soliciting and implementing vendors.
- Supporting compliance efforts.
- Analyzing healthcare data to identify relationships between demographics, claims data, and clinical outcomes.
- Developing reports using HDMS data analytics tools.
- Analyzing financial metrics related to health and welfare benefit plans.
- Supporting ad-hoc client requests.
This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as strong math and statistics skills.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree.
- Industry experience, ideally 5+ years in health and welfare consulting.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
