We are seeking a skilled Medical Therapist to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts.

Job Summary

This Medical Therapist role involves evaluating patients' clinical status and designing age-appropriate treatment programs to maximize their level of function.

You will participate as an integral part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support timely care and planning needs for safe discharge planning.

About the Role
  • Evaluate patients' clinical status and assess their rehabilitation potential according to age-appropriate guidelines
  • Design and implement age-appropriate treatment programs to maximize patients' level of function
  • Participate in hospital performance improvement teams targeting early mobilization, fall prevention, and other quality improvement initiatives

A successful candidate will have a BS/MS/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, a valid Massachusetts PT license, and AHA CPR certification.
