Customer Service Representative Job Description

As a customer service representative at The Job Connection, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing role (call center or sales)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
