Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at FedUp Foods. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods through our supply chain, working closely with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer specifications.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations, including liaison with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and customers.
- Create and implement logistics principles, policies, and processes to improve operational and financial performance.
- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs, and negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
- Ensure carrier compliance with company policies and procedures for product transit and delivery.
- Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, and customer concerns.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
