Key Responsibilities:
  • Independent processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Booking of bank statements, incoming invoices, and travel expense reports
  • Processing of fixed asset accounting
  • Handling of payment transactions and clarification of open items
  • Accounts receivable management and dunning process
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts, provisions, and accruals
  • Preparation of VAT returns and summary reports
  • Participation in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, as well as annual financial statements
  • Support during economic and tax audits
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed commercial training with a focus on finance and accounting, further education as a financial accountant
