Chief Labor Relations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Labor Relations Officer to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping our labor relations strategy and ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic guidance and support to our labor relations team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and collective bargaining agreements.
- Develop and implement effective labor relations programs and policies, aligned with our organization's mission and values.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and operational teams to promote a culture of service excellence and employee engagement.
- Lead the development and implementation of communications and training programs to enhance caregiver and core leader experience.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure success.
- Stay up-to-date on labor relations trends and issues, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing recommendations to enhance our labor relations strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior-level Human Resources/Labor Relations leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in labor relations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and collective bargaining agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, operational teams, and caregivers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
