We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Pchresorts. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including changing linens, towels, and guest supplies.
  • Vacuum and dust all areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Management or Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
