Your Role as a Senior Architectural Leader
We are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be integrated into the infrastructure group, focusing on enhancing our practices in transit, rail control systems, structural, roadway, and tunneling projects. We seek dynamic professionals who are eager to contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration with various disciplines and clients.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of architectural plans.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of design and construction systems, including planning studies and design layouts.
- Perform site and construction inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Execute thorough code analyses, material selections, and technical solutions.
- Research and compile information necessary for project assignments.
- Facilitate coordination with other disciplines to achieve project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Registered Architect in the relevant state.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in the rail/transit sector.
- Proven experience in transit architecture design, including stations and related facilities.
- Strong background in the transportation sector.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, with flexibility for hybrid work.
- Experience mentoring junior staff.
- Strong client relationship skills and experience in business development are preferred.
The salary range for this position is competitive and based on various factors unique to each candidate, including experience, skills, and certifications.
