Job Title: Property and Casualty Insurance CSR

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property and Casualty Insurance CSR to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients in understanding their property and casualty insurance options, with a specific emphasis on Florida homeowners policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support clients through the claims process, offering guidance and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly within the property and casualty insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to obtain an insurance license with our support within 90 days of hire.
