Job Overview

Terraphase Engineering Inc is seeking a seasoned environmental professional to fill a senior-level position as a Licensed Site Professional (LSP) in Massachusetts. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's growth strategies and expanding its New England operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site investigation and remediation projects in compliance with Massachusetts regulations;
  • Provide LSP certification for MCP projects;
  • Offer technical and project management leadership for projects across the nation;
  • Develop and execute business opportunities with new and existing clients;
  • Manage client relationships and projects;
  • Identify and recruit key staff for growth;
  • Develop and implement growth strategies;
  • Prepare project cost proposals and other deliverables;
  • Lead national RFP responses.

Requirements

  • LSP Certification;
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a similar field;
  • 15+ years of experience in the Environmental industry;
  • State and federal-level regulatory expertise;
  • Strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills;
  • Established knowledge of the consulting field and geographic knowledge of clientele and environmental consulting industry;
  • Prior project management experience, business development skills, experience with state and federal environmental regulations/agencies, and a strong relationship with industrial and commercial clients are required;
  • Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances (PFAS) experience preferred.

Salary

Compensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location with a range of $145,000-$230,000.
