Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Green Metals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational direction of our Resource Management and Waste Management operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to multiple locations across multiple states, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement safety and environmental programs to protect employees, assets, and the environment.
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and take corrective action to ensure operations are meeting or exceeding annual targets.
  • Authorize and monitor quotes, purchase orders, and service contracts within granted authority.
  • Develop and lead initiatives to maintain existing business and develop new business expansion opportunities.
  • Directly supervise personnel involved in managing operations, developing business opportunities, and maintaining customer service standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and/or actively acquiring Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
  • Significant operations and business management experience of at least five years.
  • Personnel supervisory experience using positive employee relations principles and applications.
  • Basic competence with personal computer business applications.
