Position Summary

We offer a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for first-time hires.

The Senior Technician role demands your expertise in diagnosing drivability and electrical systems, alongside your leadership and mentoring abilities to enhance customer care and satisfaction.

Compensation:

Pay starts at $31.50 per hour.

Our technicians benefit from a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay, which rewards skilled professionals with a set amount for each eligible task. This approach fosters a culture of efficiency and prompt task completion, ensuring fair compensation for your expertise and commitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications.
  • Work on brake systems, hydraulic systems, exhaust systems, fuel ignition and electrical systems, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
  • Clearly communicate technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-technical individuals.
  • Stay updated with rapidly evolving automotive technology through ongoing paid formal training.
  • Assist fellow technicians in performing technical tasks.
  • Maintain a valid automobile driver's license and the ability to operate customer and company vehicles.

Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of a Vocational-Technical School program in a related field, or demonstrated skills through third-party certifications. A.S.E. certification in at least three of A1-A8 is required, with new hires having up to two years of employment to comply.

Maintain Federal, State, and Local certifications/licenses as applicable.

Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals is essential.

Strong reading, writing, and math skills are required.
