Schedule:
Full Time, 9 AM - 5 PM (Onsite until role transitions to hybrid schedule)

Compensation:
$20 - $22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Hempstead, NY. This is a temp-to-perm position that offers an excellent opportunity to transition to a hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) once the role goes permanent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing accurate information.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to deescalate customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and improve processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deescalate challenging situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Must be available to interview and start ASAP.
