About the Role

The Ambassador role is not just about checking guests in and out. It's about being a concierge, a problem solver, and a friend to our guests. You will be the one to make our guests feel at home, to make their stay special, and to create memories that will last a lifetime. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional service to our guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making our guests feel at home

* Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay
* Collaborate with our events team to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
