Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and qualify prospects, process applications, and manage leases and renewals
  • Handle rent collections, enforce lease terms, and initiate eviction proceedings when necessary
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and social media
  • Conduct market research, implement outreach marketing, and update property management software
  • Assist in maintaining an active and effective social media presence for the property
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-3 months of relevant experience, training, or a combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing, with a background in accounting combined with customer service preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
