Position Overview:
The Interim Property Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of a designated self-storage facility within the Investment Real Estate LLC portfolio.
You will adhere to the directives of the Property Manager while managing the property during their absence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers daily and present storage solutions tailored to their needs.
- Communicate with clients through various channels as outlined in company protocols.
- Conduct daily inspections of the facility; address maintenance and cleanliness concerns as necessary.
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Collect rents, deposits, and other fees in a timely manner.
- Promote and sell retail items such as locks and packing supplies.
- Follow up on overdue accounts.
- Be prepared to assist at other facilities and events as required.
- Understand and implement emergency procedures for various scenarios.
- Participate in training sessions or workshops as requested by management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word.
- Experience in Property Management is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate the location and inspect the entire property in various weather conditions.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
- May require stooping, bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Willingness to travel to different locations for company-related tasks.
