Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of our location.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the premises by performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, events, and company functions.
  • Monitor and restock supplies in various areas, including restrooms and breakrooms.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs.
  • Ensure facility security by ensuring all doors and windows are properly secured at the end of each workday.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Must have weekend availability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or related roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
