Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and well-organized airport transport operator to facilitate the secure transportation of our guests. The transport operator will be responsible for determining the pick-up and drop-off locations for each journey while adhering to the vehicle's capacity limits. Additionally, maintaining a record of absent passengers is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and adjusting transport schedules based on guest requirements.
  • Arriving at designated pick-up locations ahead of scheduled departure times.
  • Verifying the presence of all passengers and documenting any no-shows.
  • Ensuring compliance with passenger capacity limits, both seated and standing.
  • Avoiding routes that are congested or prone to accidents whenever possible.
  • Intervening in physical altercations and de-escalating verbal disputes as necessary.
  • Documenting and reporting all significant accidents and incidents to management.
  • Confirming that passengers disembark at their intended destinations promptly.
  • Maintaining the shuttle vehicle in a clean, fueled, and well-kept condition.
  • Adhering to all relevant traffic and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in transporting individuals via shuttle services.
  • Prior experience in driving groups of passengers.
  • Thorough understanding of applicable transportation and safety regulations.
  • First Aid certification is advantageous.
  • Exceptional route planning skills.
  • Strong improvisational abilities.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
