We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Salon Operations Manager at Palm Beach Tan. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon, including labor control, staff development, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of salon operations, including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
- Meet and exceed team and individual sales quotas, measured daily, weekly, and monthly
- Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and loyalty programs
- Develop and implement local store marketing strategies to increase customer traffic
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
- Ensure a clean and organized salon environment, including cash handling and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- One or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Friendly and competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Proven customer service experience and excellent communication skills
- Polished professional appearance and attention to detail
