AEG is seeking a highly skilled Parking Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our parking and transportation operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of our parking facilities on event days.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect parking garages and lots multiple times throughout the day to ensure compliance with safety regulations and event day procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the Parking Manager to develop and implement effective traffic patterns and flow strategies for all guests.
- Assist the Parking Manager with event day operations, including the management of parking systems, enforcement of employee parking programs, and ensuring event day checklists are completed.
- Monitor and report traffic incidents in parking lots to the Parking Manager.
- Perform inventory management and assist with the evaluation and adjustment of pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage programs.
- Ability to work extended hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, on-call status, and holidays, as necessary.
- Working knowledge of parking best practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to lead, give clear and concise direction, and anticipate problems to implement immediate corrective action.
- Previous experience in event operations or parking operations is preferred.
- Must be able to legally operate vehicles.
AEG offers a competitive hourly wage of $17 to $23.00, as well as benefits for part-time roles, including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Additionally, part-time, seasonal, and internship employees receive one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
