Phlebotomy Specialist III

At Bayone, we are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomy Specialist III - Float to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Services team, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients in a variety of settings, including doctor's offices and patient service centers.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of blood samples, including labeling and packaging.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
