About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Rotech Healthcare Inc. As a key member of our finance and operational service lines, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports, scorecards, and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and maintain financial and operational reports by leveraging system tools
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to develop performance measurement processes, including database development, KPI creation, reports, and dashboard deployment
  • Manage complex datasets by aggregating, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
  • Engage regularly with leadership and staff to discuss existing data products, assess unmet needs, and identify enhancements
  • Work with the analytic team to develop and cross-train on analytic products, including regular data mining and report automation
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that provide organizational insights
  • Prepare and present data on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Oversee the accuracy of reporting and analyzed data provided to management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a related field such as business, healthcare, engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, or mathematics
  • Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant professional experience in a related field such as business, healthcare, engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, or mathematics
  • Professional experience with reporting and systems software (IBM Cognos preferred), Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Lists; Access preferred), SQL (Snowflake preferred), and Tableau (or Power BI)
  • Certification in quality improvement, business analytics, business intelligence, or data science is preferred

  • Ability to author, present, and explain technical information to diverse types of audiences
  • Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
  • Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and caution when handling sensitive information
