Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst - Business Intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the IT team to convert data from mainframe systems to Salesforce, performing data classification and profiling, and ensuring data quality requirements are accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with the IT team to convert data from mainframe systems to Salesforce
* Perform data classification and profiling
* Ensure data quality requirements are accurate and complete
* Develop source to target mappings for data lineage (STTM)
* Validate that data integration, data movement, and warehouse meets requirements and service-level agreements
* Work with architects to translate requirements into technical specifications
* Act as the conduit between the customer and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood
* Act in an advisory capacity in data model reviews, architecture approach, and solution design to ensure high-quality deliverables
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to business and data analysts
* Execute and promote data management strategy
* Partner with management and business units on innovative ways to successfully utilize data and related tools to advance business objectives
