Job Title: Business Intelligence Consultant

Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining CxO level summary reports and dashboards, understanding and addressing challenges faced during the Power BI rollout, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and rollout of BI solutions, providing training and support to users, and continuously monitoring and optimizing the performance of BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain CxO level summary reports and dashboards.
  • Understand and address challenges faced during the Power BI rollout.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and rollout of BI solutions.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, writing DAX and Power Query.
  • In-depth knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
  • Experience with strategies to overcome rollout and adoption related challenges including Power BI licensing terms and compliance.
  • Experience in change management process for BI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, ETL processes, and Azure data fabric.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Collaboration: Excellent team player, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
