ENTRY-LEVEL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned cases in a collaborative team setting.
  • Perform legal research and evaluate critical issues.
  • Prepare and assess legal documents and pleadings.
  • Engage in motion practice and represent clients in court.
  • Develop cases to provide outstanding legal support to our clients.
  • Conduct depositions and interviews with witnesses.
  • Prepare for trials and coordinate with various experts.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Active membership in a state bar.
  • Ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently in a casual, informal atmosphere.
  • Capacity to handle challenging and diverse tasks while effectively prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Barred in Idaho, Oregon, or Washington.
  • Experience in personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and workplace incidents.
  • Familiarity with construction defect or dram shop cases.
  • Experience in federal and/or appellate courts.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced legal technology to enhance efficiency and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • A genuine passion for the legal field and a commitment to professional growth.
