Position Overview:
  • Advocate for clients in legal matters, including trials and arbitration sessions
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis
  • Prepare and draft legal documents while attending court proceedings
  • Oversee multiple cases and maintain communication with clients and involved parties
  • Provide sound legal counsel and keep abreast of evolving legal standards
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed to practice law in Oregon
  • At least 2 years of experience in litigation and insurance defense
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
