**Join Our Team of Dedicated Professionals**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Peer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will work alongside individuals with mental health challenges, providing support, guidance, and empowerment to help them achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide peer support and guidance to individuals with mental health challenges
  • Assist individuals in developing and achieving their recovery goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Texas driver's license and current automobile insurance
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
