Location: Allentown, PA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of tray tickets and maintain resident data in menu management software.
  • Assist in executing workflows by hourly staff to ensure an exceptional dining and hospitality experience for residents.
  • Supervise operational outcomes from the department's opening to its closing, based on assigned shifts.
  • Ensure sanitation and quality assurance meet required standards.
  • Coach and provide corrective feedback to address issues and concerns for hourly team members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in dining and hospitality or culinary leadership roles, preferably in a lead capacity.
  • Serve-Safe certification is preferred.
  • Ideal candidates thrive in a positive, respectful, and customer-focused culture, embodying the organization's Faith in Action Mission, Vision, and Values.
