About the Job:

Frontall USA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a leadership position in Brooklyn, NY. This role offers a unique opportunity for diverse responsibilities tailored to the expertise of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and leadership across the facility. Key duties include:

  • Leadership & Supervision:
    • Oversee and manage all supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
    • Schedule and assign nursing staff to ensure comprehensive resident care.
    • Mentor and guide less experienced nurses with clinical and career development advice.
  • Policy & Standards:
    • Establish and update nursing policies and procedures.
    • Maintain and uphold the highest standards of care for residents.
  • Resident Care:
    • Develop individualized, comprehensive care plans for residents.
    • Monitor resident care quality and oversee documentation of care services.
    • Address questions or complaints from residents and families with compassion.
  • Operations Management:
    • Maintain nursing supply inventory and a clean, safe work environment.
    • Collaborate with upper management to represent unit interests and implement improvements.
Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

We are seeking diverse candidates with a range of expertise to fill this position. Requirements include:

  • Valid New York State RN License.
  • 3 years of experience in long-term care (preferred).
  • 2 years of charge nurse or supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Strong computer and documentation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bilingual Mandarin/English for one position.
