Ambulatory Nursing Leadership Position

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Regional Director of Nursing to join our team at TAL Healthcare. As a leader in ambulatory care, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing practice and improving patient outcomes.
In this critical position, you will oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions to drive change and improve patient care. Your expertise will help create a culture that prioritizes excellence, quality, and safety, inspiring staff to deliver exceptional results.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a BSN degree and a valid NYS Registered Nurse License. At least 5 years of supervisory experience in ambulatory care is also required. While an Ambulatory Care Nursing License is desired, it is not mandatory.
Our compensation package includes a salary range of $120-$175k, commensurate with experience.
