Our team brings more than 50 years of experience finding answers and solving problems for leading organizations in the public, non-profit, and private sectors. As a Healthcare Analyst, you'll perform a variety of research and analysis tasks to support consulting projects for federal and state governments, health plans, associations, and foundations.

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to work with our project teams supporting the identification of fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) in government health programs. You'll provide Medicaid and CHIP claims subject matter expertise, lead and perform research and consulting tasks, and contribute critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop creative and innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Medicaid and CHIP claims subject matter expertise
  • Embrace the use of quantitative and qualitative skills to understand the driving factors of FWA in the government space
  • Lead and perform a variety of research and consulting tasks, including data review and analysis
  • Lead and mentor more junior analysts in meeting their project timelines
  • Contribute critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop creative and innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university
  • 3+ years of experience with project or task management
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing medical claims data with SAS
  • Experience working with Medicaid and CHIP programs

Salary

The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $120,000 annually, based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and eligibility requirements.
