As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor to join our close-knit team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a six-member team, managing multiple projects, tracking deliverables, creating budgets, and fostering staff development. You will be the primary liaison between Inland Geodetics and our clients.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and client specifications.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, billing, and contracts.
  • Sign and seal plats, field notes, and control drawings as necessary.
  • Establish work plans and staffing requirements for various projects.
  • Engage in business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Effectively collaborate with sub-consultants and other business partners.
  • Represent the company at meetings and trade shows as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the company’s strategic objectives.
