About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Construction Manager to join our team at DARcor and Associates, Inc. As a key member of our electrical consulting engineering firm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the electrical, instrumentation, and control installations of water and wastewater construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and O&M manuals to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and national, state, and local codes.
  • Collaborate with contractors to respond to RFIs, review change orders, and conduct site observations and inspections.
  • Assist with startup and testing, prepare punch lists and reports, and create as-builts and record drawings.
  • Review electrical power distribution equipment, control panels, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment submittals to ensure electrical compatibility with the design.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and experience managing or installing electrical systems.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with plans and specifications to manage or build a project.
  • Proficient in using Adobe or Bluebeam PDF software, Microsoft Word, and Excel, with a basic understanding of AutoCAD.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Southwest with occasional overnight stays.

Compensation

Salary: $100,000 to $112,000 DOE, plus performance bonus.
