Position Overview

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors. Your goal is to make a difference in their day by offering personalized styling advice and creating a memorable experience. You'll be passionate about our brand and our core values of Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.

Your Responsibilities
  • You'll be Customer Obsessed: building strong relationships with our guests and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • You'll Drive Results: setting goals and working hard to achieve them, while consistently trying to build guest connections to grow our brand footprint and store performance.
  • You'll Instill Trust: adhering to our policies and procedures, and doing the right thing even when it's challenging.
  • You'll Communicate Effectively: educating guests on product details and personal style, and making product suggestions to fit their needs.
  • You'll be Nimble: finding ways to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations.
  • You'll Take Action: making a difference in your guests' day by proactively resolving concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
  • You'll Collaborate: supporting your team in providing exceptional service to all guests, even behind the scenes.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
