Responsibilities:
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and directing customers to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist sales team members on the sales floor as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to reflect our brand's current visual guidelines and priorities.
  • Support the sales and operations team with packaging and shipping client orders.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking store supplies and materials.
  • Identify and report any issues with client jewelry repairs.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized case line and sales floor area.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role in a customer service environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and be detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
