Assistant Director of Health Services

At The Oaks at Northpointe, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Director of Health Services to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting the Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Director of Health Services to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
  • Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders to ensure continuity of care.
  • Implement and maintain the company's Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
  • Participate in facility surveys and accreditation programs.
  • Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, and evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Current, valid state RN license
  • CPR certification
